In the framework of MOMA project, Prof. Niels Tas and Prof. Alexey Kovalgin from University of Twente delivered the course Semiconductor Materials and Devices for master students of Solid State Physics Program at Quy Nhon University from 28th October to 5th November 2019. Two staff members of QNU, Dr. Nguyen Minh Vuong and Dr. Le Thi Ngoc Loan, who are responsible for upgrading the course, acted as the teaching assistants for the course. Interested in the topic, the students from other programs also attended the course. Especially, many staff members in Physics and Chemistry from the four Vietnamese partner universities actively participated in the course and had intense discussions with the professors about the content and teaching methodology of the course. This course has attracted attendances of 55 students and staff members.
